By accessing or using AI Content Studio ('the Service') at aicontentstudio.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
AI Content Studio is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered tools for content creation including video scripts, viral hooks, content ideas, AI voiceovers, and stock media discovery for social media platforms.
You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
We offer Free, Pro ($9/month), Lifetime ($99 one-time), and Agency ($29/month) plans. Free plans include 21 generations. Paid plans include unlimited generations and additional features as described on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription plans.
We offer refunds as described in our Refund Policy at aicontentstudio.ink/refund. Lifetime plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
You agree not to use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our Service. You agree not to use automated tools to abuse our API or generation limits.
Content you generate using our Service belongs to you. Our platform, code, design, and AI models remain the property of AI Content Studio. You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the Service.
AI Content Studio is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
