Monthly Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Lifetime plan purchases can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable as you retain lifetime access to the Service.
Agency subscriptions follow the same policy as Pro — full refund within 7 days, cancel anytime to stop future charges.
The free plan with 21 credits is complimentary and non-refundable as no payment is required.
To request a refund, email us at support@aicontentstudio.ink with your account email and reason for the refund. We process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the refund policy, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity.
